Accessing Post Achievement Data

Unless I am mistaken, once an achievement is obtained, there isn't any way to find out how far past that achievement the player has gone.

For example, I've earned all of the desynth achievements. However, sometimes I am curious how many desynths I have total, even though there is no achievement available.

Assuming there's not a way to access this information already, and assuming the game is still actively keeping track of these various stats, I think it would be interesting if there were some type of log or menu that the player could reference for this information.

Also, on the topic of achievements, I think it would an extra added convenience if we had the option to track selected achievements or challenges (similar to the quest log), where the progress could be displayed on the HUD in some form.
