Missing Triple Triad Card after completing Triple Team II achievement

I completed the "Triple Team II" achievement last night, and according to the achievement log in game, I am supposed to receive a "Squall Leonhard Card". I did not receive my card, and the drop never showed up in the chat log like they usually do.

I did double-check and I had/have plenty of space in my inventory. Is there a way I can obtain the card?

My character is "Spirit Bear" on the "Behemoth" server.

just like every other achievement rewarding an item, you need to talk to Jonathas in Old Gridania

You need to go to Apkallu(sp) falls in old Gridania, there is an NPC there that you retrieve achievement rewards from. It is the only one with a title.
