Background:
As the post states, our Free Company is currently recruiting one tank for Alexander (Savage Mode) progression for one of our groups. The raid groups in the FC vary in terms of raid frequency and line up, but all groups are held to the high standards of the Free Company. All slots open are for full time positions, and applicants will carry on with us into 3.0 and beyond. We are looking for long term investments to grow with us as a family.

We are currently recruiting 1x MNK or NIN as of 7/19/15.
About the group :
This group raids 2-4 times a week (depending on work schedules), but they usually start raid @ 7 PM PST when they do go. This group has cleared Savage Second Coil and is looking to be competitive in server progression this patch.
What we need in a member:
We need applicants who are invested. We are a family-oriented FC, meaning we take care of one another. We don't want people who are here for the short term. Meaning we absolutely will not tolerate raid loggers or people who are not interested in being an active and helpful member of the FC in addition to being a strong member of their individual raid team. While we prioritize progression, we do not compromise group integrity or rosters - meaning members are never "plucked" from other groups during a progression push to obtain Server Firsts. We firmly believe in maintaining a group's roster to foster their growth as a unit. Server firsts are coincidental for us, they are not a set goal.
We also will never ask applicants to take extended periods away from their work/school/real lives for a progression push. We work efficiently with what we have.
Finally, we need someone who is calm in raid, can take criticism when needed, holds themselves accountable when they make mistakes, and is able to keep up with research and strategies. We also need someone who can mesh well with the group. We joke around and have fun, but we also buckle down and take ourselves seriously when the situation calls for it.
About the FC:
Curia Regis is Midgardsormr's premier end game raiding FC. Our four raid groups all work together as one cohesive unit and have gotten every server first raid clear since SCoB with the exception of Turn 7. We are the only FC on the server with Savage i110 clears. We have obtained all server firsts for FCoB and Savage Coil. We are a "family style" FC - meaning we look out for our own and will take care of our members as long as they are loyal to us and treat others with respect.
We have high standards of play that we hold every member to, and those standards are only rising with every subsequent patch. In essence, the raid content dictates what we expect, and expectations continue to rise.
