Pro tip: If you want to respond to a thread make sure to make another thread to do so

If you see a thread you need to comment on, be sure to make an entirely new thread talking about it, rather than post in the actual thread.

For bonus points, be as passive aggressive as possible, as if making the new thread was not enough!

Really the entire conversation can be distilled into the following points:

- Probably shouldn't expect everyone ever to want to do speed runs.
- Should probably tell folks you're new if you're new.
- Should probably not expect everyone to explain everything ever to everyone ever, because it gets old by the 100th time, and if it's not your job to watch videos it's certainly not everyone else's job to distill the information from a video for you before your first time into a dungeon/trial/raid. Some people are nice, some are not. No one is obligated. Get over it.

Third point is the most key, and what people from both sides always miss, because both sides feel super entitled.

This isn't even remotely funny. It's annoying.

Pro tip: Anyone using the phrase "Pro tip" is most likely not an actual pro, & the tip is more often than not, useless.

I do not do speed runs, if I start to see someone do it I leave.
the whole idea that everyone should have used some sort of video or guide is beyond lazy. just because you did and got it that way does not mean others will watch videos or even get more than the basics that do little to help the actual fight.
also a rebuttle. despite it getting old if you want things to go more smoothly you help out if you can. I always help when I can.
if someone tries to say another player sucks because they don't get it yet they are new to the dungeon, trial or raid I call em out on it. I'm not nice to impatient a-holes and do not believe they deserve it. while I do agree that they should say they are new that is the exact reason they don't because of impatient youtube happy morons
