Constant 90k error every 5 minutes for friend

Since patch 2.51, my friend has been getting disconnected every 5 minutes, at most, with a 90002 or 90000 error, yet every other type of connection is working perfectly fine on her pc. Skype, other games, browsers, everything is perfect, but 14 is booting her so much she cant even get anything done in the last week or so. we tried reinstalling 14 from scratch, changing to static dns and ip address, contacting her isp, even contacting SE. so far there has been no fix, and a server tech in our FC is saying its a good change its most likely on SEs end, and a hotfix in the future will fix it, but atm shes missing whole events because of this connection issue. not asking for some kind of paytime back for her loss of play, just something from a forum mod or dev that can explain even a FEW of these issues, because i understand a hotfix can come in the near future, but this isn't the only person suffering from this, according to reddit as well as here on the forums themselves. any form of help or response to this very seemingly common problem now would be helpful.
