Tried it for the first time last night, Item lv. 101 but I literally couldn't hold aggro on any of the adds for a single second. I couldn't finish it and I'm not sure what I was doing wrong.

You mean the adds in the ADS fight? If so all you should have to do is stand at the beginning where they spawn and pick them up with flash as soon as they appear.

Do you have enough accuracy? You will need at least 472 for 100% hit rate.

Silly question - but are you sure you had Shield Oath up?

A healer(s) with Medica II/fairy aoe regen up generates a crap-ton of hate, especially if it gets on the whole party's aggro list from spawning before you can land a hit. In one Titan EX run we had to ban the WHM from using Medica II before the first jump because neither tank could hold hate off of her. I suspect she was also casting Regen on people other than the tanks, but I wasn't paying enough attention to know for sure.

Or maybe the other dps might just been way overgeared... I just imagine full hunting upgraded dps i129 can snatch aggro easily from you... also what weapon level did you use? I once had an issue to hold aggro in T5 with a lot of people I knew they all had the i110 weapons and I had "crappy" relic zenith (i105 or so still was geared on my war). They had to hold back a lot and I still had the hell of an aggro jonglage.

Dps overgeared you? do you have oath up? and what combo you use? All quite silly questions but well, small things do matter

I agree with Sir T. ADS adds or trash mobs?
