Its not 100% guarantee but its a pretty good start. If you have access to gardening that will help out alot, the fruits can be rather expensive on the MB, unless you have alot of money and don't mind spending.
As Eye_Gore said, follow that site, and read it very carefully. Don't just go spamming 1 food, then the next, then the next in a feed. You'll flop out the colors like you wouldn't believe. Alternate foods during the feeding process (lets say its 3 of 3 diff kinds, feed 1 of 1st kind, 1 of 2nd kind, 1 of 3rd kind, repeat said process).
