Reactive account and contacting support

Okay so My old account I accidently pushed "cancle account cuz someone thought it was a smart idea TO PUT THAT ON THE SAME PAGE AS CANCLE SUBCRITON this happan about when ninja came out (2 weeks later) Since then i been trying to contact the support team to reactive my account ... Yet they only THEIR FOR A EMAIL so seriosely ... i need my old account active by email if no one is going to be there when I can contact I need to do this through Forums or something because ive grown sick of the lazy support team i send almost more information to them by email then they even ask for on a chat support so seriosely why the hell do they till me to contact support on chat when they could forward my information to them to get it reactive Its been over 3 months trying to get in contact with support by Phone or Chat support yet no one is ever there...

Aka WHAT THE HELL

Also seriosely i cant even log onto the account to talk to them on for support to reactive it

Also seriosely what .... kind of person puts a cancle account on the users side without putting a reactive way for us without contacting the WORSE SUPPORT IN THE WORLD I sware ive had better support from a bowl of shrimp

Square support is terrible however, i dont see how you cancelling your subscription having any effect on logging on to chat with live customer support.

did u even read? I didn't cancel the subscription i canceled the account cuss some idiot decide to put the 2 on the same page and i happen to miss click the one that said "cancel account' not subscription


Cancel subscription i could deal with myself by just simply re buying for it


How ever some idiot decide to give users a option to cancel account complete without requesting it

and that same idiot put the cancel account on the exact same page u cancel subscription.
