Behemoth T13 Clear Static LF an experienced WAR

Our raid static is in need of a WAR that can do high DPS within the capacity of a off-tank. We are a clear group and have 7 clears under our belts. We seek a WAR with a full clear T10-13. We'd be willing to take a WAR that has exp to Akh Morn, if they were exceptional. Our raid nights are generally... Tuesday at 7PM EST. Our "progression" raid nights are: Mon-Wed (Thursday sometimes) at 7PM - 11PM EST. We can go later than that, but we usually never go passed midnight.
