Delivery Moogle Plush - Preorder date change again!?

I, like many others, pre-ordered my Delivery Moogle Plush back when it was first put on the store (Nov 28), and I have now watched it go from an Estimated delivery date of:
December 15th, 2014 to March, 2015 to April 2015 to now June 2015!??

Is this thing ever coming out?? Feels like I just paid for something Im never going to see....

Would be really great if SE in North America could step forward and give us some REAL clarification here. Im getting frustrated. There's never been a single email ever sent out to let me know any of these dates. Ive just checked the store every other few weeks and seen that the date is constantly being pushed back. Not a very good way to treat paying customers in my opinion.

I agree, this is getting pretty frustrating. It's the reason I haven't preordered it yet because it keeps getting pushed back.

Don't think you're changed until it's ready to ship.

Atleast you can even buy it down here in Aus cant buy anything from SE online shop :(

But whats worse. Buying something you never receive? Or not being able to buy it at all. I'd think wasting money on something you never get is worse.

True, i just wish i could order it from NA store i wouldnt care paying $20+ for shipping still alot cheaper then buying it from ebay and the like for x2 or even x4 of the price and hope you dont get scammed out of your money

This is also the reason I haven't ordered mine yet as well.

The art book which debuted the same time as the plush was put in the store after the Fanfest in Japan yet the Moogle was with held for some unknown reason and the release date continues to be pushed back.

So technically, you never bought something yet and you never wasted any money either since the pre-order keeps getting pushed back. I'm sorry that your plushie keeps getting pushed back but that's the nature of pre-orders. Sometimes they are pushed back multiple times. However, until they actually give the green, your money remains your own and you can cancel the order until it's on sale in the store outright.

It'd be one thing if they hadn't already produced and sold these. It'd also be another if we had any sort of way of even seeing our existing pre-order thanks to SE changing their site. Some of us ordered these as soon as they went up. We've since seen that order canceled, received an email telling us to reorder, received another email a week later offering free shipping for the hassle, being told that in order to take advantage of the free shipping that we'd have to cancel and reorder for a third time and now have apparently had this pushed back another two months with zero communication or way of checking order status.

The word 'asinine' comes to mind.

I got my email too, today. I preordered this the day it came out for NA like most people and it's ridiculous they keep pushing it back. Especially with no explanation as to why they can sell them elsewhere but not here. Don't put it up for preorder if you are planning to take inventory and put it somewhere else! For those of us that have them preordered it'd be nice if we could at least get our minion codes or something. Terrible customer service, i don't think i'll be ordering much from them in the future. i am absolutely not impressed.
