Foresight

Am I totally missing something with this ability? It seems to me like foresight has near 100% parry rate so what exactly is the point of foresight II?

The difference isn't noticeable unless fighting high level mobs.
Foresight II gives you a higher chance to parry against higher level mobs.
But still, If it doesn't go off on the first chance it'll probably trigger before the 30 seconds are up, so they both seem like they're 100%.

Ah, didn't realize mob level effected the rate. Still seems a bit lackluster, I'd like to see foresight II maybe parry 2 attacks.

Seems how it is with just about all Tier II of everything. I almost think all they did was just add a II at the end of the names and did nothing to change the abilities themselves.

You cant parry Ogre or Batraal with Foresight I.
It's like Holyomen already said, Foresight II gives you a higher chance to parry against higher level mobs.

I can parry Ogre or Batraal even without Foresight I. I don't see why you can't with Foresight I;

Is there a chat filter i can adjust to show that i did a parry?

I don't think so...because parry message is mixed with damage messages, like "you partially parried the XXX attack's, taking YYY damage."
But you can filter all but damage taken by you, which would help a bit seeing the message.

set it to show damage received by you so you can see the red 0 when you parry.
