<LogieBears> LFM for FCOB clearing static + 3.0 progression

Hello Sargatanas,

We looking for 1 tank or a highly skilled MNK/DRG with clears on turn 13, or have full knowledge and experience of the encounter.

(I am open to considering candidates who can fully commit to the raid times even if you haven't set foot in coil.)

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to optimizing their performance by means of rotation (DPS/CD rotation), research, gearing appropriately and execution of mechanics.

Our goal is enter 3.0 in stride and rigorously tackle future content.
