My brother is trying to xfer his chac to my world but unable to find my world and i cant even try xfering my chac to his because when i go to click on my home world doesnt show anything there has anyone else had this problem

My brother is trying to xfer his chac to my world but unable to find my world and i cant even try xfering my chac to his because when i go to click on my home world doesnt show anything there has anyone else had this problem
It seems to be working fine as far as I can tell.
The only points that I can think of:
1. Make sure the character meets the transfer requirements.
2. Make sure you click 'confirm' on the target world first and then select the character to transfer.
When you log in, try selecting Data Center from the first screen, and from there you should be able to choose between each of the data centers available and see a list of worlds for each.
