Is there anywhere in game to sign up for FC company and/or post your Free company advertisement in game?
Kind of. There is an application system where you can apply to a free company that is accepting applications. And if you have a free company, you can adjust settings as to whether or not you're accepting such applications. But there's not really any in-game listing of the free companies. You access the application features from company info you get from company info that you can bring up from players and houses. There seems to be no shortage of people advertising that their free companies are looking for people in chat. Or you can just ask people that you meet via Party Finder and such.
