Stupid Lodestone Profile Question

Okay I know this sounds silly, but when looking at my FC member list here on the site, I noticed some people had a tagline set. When I look at myself, I see "not set" ... and I cannot, for the life of me, figure out where to set this.

I thought I found it on my profile - a little tiny player profile cog wheel where I could edit some text (3k chars or less) to put on my profile... but this does not appear to be the same as that tagline on the FC member listing.

Can anyone help this noob out? Thanks!

This is the "short message" that you can set for your character. You set it up in game, not on the lodestone. I believe it is FC -> members and then click the little pen icon, although I think there are several ways to set it.
