Please add a "Lock UI" option, and Default UI settings built for TV's

For one, I tend to click my right-thumbstick quite a lot, and it's awkward to deal with it constantly resizing windows all the time.

Secondly, as someone playing the game on my living room TV, I feel like the Default UI could use a little TLC. Frankly, there is a *LOT* of clutter on the screen when you take part in a Raid, and even without that, a lot of windows have to be resized just to be even moderately functional (Map and Chat windows, I'm looking at you).

I don't have any massive problems with the UI, but I feel like there are some improvements that could, and probably should, be made. Heavensward will see a huge influx of new players, so I'm hoping perhaps such improvements will be present for the launch of 3.0.

The Map is probably the biggest offender, to me, because it's absolutely a *mess* to work with on a controller. It's functional, but again, I feel like improvements could be made, namely when just trying to bring it up while running someplace. If you click the Touch-pad/Back/Select button specifically to mess around on the map, then that's fine, but if you're just pulling it up for a moment, it's cumbersome and distracting, imo.

Options to reduce clutter would be great for PC as well. I'm shocked we still can't choose to not display certain quests. On PC, you go to click on a mob cleverly hiding behind that particular part of the screen, and suddenly I've got a map of La Noscea sticking in my face, because I haven't collected all of the living legend fish quite yet. A boss fight is a terrible time to plan a fishing trip.

And that says nothing about the times when I panic and fling my #5 toolbar across the screen with my mouse, while trying to click out of cleric stance. I love being able to rearrange my toolbars so easily, but I'm baffled that we can lock skills into the bars, but not lock the bars themselves.

Yeah, just lots of little improvements would greatly improve the entire game experience, I think. Hopefully they can roll out some more substantial UI improvements in time for Heavenesward, so that newcomers have the best possible experience going into this!
