[Linkshell] New LS inviting returning or new players to progress on older content!

The purpose of the LS is to have a platform to form a party to progress on older contents (or even FCOB if there are enough players there) together with fellow returning or new players while waiting for the new expansion.

Hopefully there will be sufficient players in the LS such that there will be enough players willing to do it together!

Anyone that wants to help out others and/or are bored with nothing to do can join too. :D
