xivdb.com has a lot of item screenshots but not all of them. I'd say that's really your best bet though.
Google also brings up an awful lot of screenshots when you do an image search using an exact item name.
Also just took a look and the Eorzia Database on the lodestone under Play Guide has a ton of images as well.
