Missing many 1.0 titles

Hello,

I have just realized that I am missing many titles from 1.0 (specifically Princess for a Day) which I would really enjoy having back. I sent in 2 tickets using the support page and never received a response. I have talked to Jonathas master of rolls and he will not give me anything. I would appreciate any kind of response as to whether this is a bug or if it is possible to have my titles restored or not.

The character this is occurring on is my 1.0 legacy character:

Name: Ohana Matsumae
Server: Excalibur
Date and time: Always
Race: 1.0 Female Miqote
2.0 race change to Female Hyur
