Chocobo races load oddly sometimes.

From time to time, a chocobo race will take a good four to five minutes (time approximated by chat log entries happening at the time) to get past the initial loading screen. I'll then be instantly in the running already, skipping past the starting cutscene and the 3,2,1 countdown. Has happened a number of times per day, but unable to replicate consistently.
