Video Displaying Recast Timer Bug and Castbar Bug

This video displays the castbar always being full (bug) and the fact that scourge II's recast time is completely off. you can see in my chat log that it tries to cast scourge II even when its off cooldown, but it really isnt because its using the recast time of Scourge I.

i have already made threads concerning both issues, i wanted to upload a video to show you exactly what they look like since the threads were locked. i assure you it is a youtube video and nothing else. i have made a lot of posts on this board because i truly want the game to be better and am really hoping my posts are taken into consideration, this video although, is a great deal of help in understanding the true issue.... blizzard would watch it.

In your video, your Scourge II recast actually starts at 6 second recast, rather than 5, so it's not a mixup of spell recast timers. I bet if you had used some other ability with a decent sized cooldown, it would be off by 4 seconds as well. I had this issue yesterday too (my Triangulate V recast and the duration for the buff it granted were both off by a few seconds), sometimes exiting the game (completely exiting, not just logging out) and logging back in fixes it and sometimes it doesn't. This has been an issue for quite a few people for quite some time now.

I would just like to clarify that this has nothing to do with Scourge II unless you can make a video that displays one ability using the proper cooldown, and another ability using the improper cooldown.

No it is indeed a bug, because i restarted my client and the problem was completely solved. Cast bars were shown properly, and my Scourge II counted down from 9 seconds. I just don't know what starts the bug.

I reported this bug a while ago but no word on it getting fixed. This is possibly the most annoying bug in the game right now and is in need of urgent attention. Playing ARC is a chore when I have to completely shut down the game and reload it each time just so I can see the recast on Light Shot.

I have been having the same exact issue as Xenor on my ARC. It only started happening for me about 3 days ago, but now it always happens every time I play. I made a similar thread in Technical Support about my encounter.

I have also experienced this with my DoL and the Prospect/Triangulate abilities among others. The recast timer starts at around 21 seconds rather than 30 seconds. If I try to use the ability after the recast timer has reset but before the full 30s has elapsed, I get a "please try again later" message.
Logging off and logging back on did NOT solve this issue for me. Restarting the client DID.
