Topic deletion claification.

I was recently having a discussion with a number of other members in the general discussion forum about the recent #gamergate controversy. This topic was completely civil for three pages and after a number of hours of constructive conversation the topic was deleted. I've browsed the forum rules and can't find any reason for it's deletion. As I'm sure you're aware gamergate has had numerous issues with censorship, and should this deletion be a misunderstanding I would hate for square-enix and the ffxiv team to be accused of propagating further censorship on the topic.

Would it be possible to get some clarification as to why the "geeez games media screwed the pooch!" topic was deleted please?

Ive got myself a ban coz i posted 1 gif no insults nothing wasn't offensive..

i doubt u would get any clarification from them but good luck i've had my disappointments with them being all shady deleting topics or ban random people.
