You can pre-order it at most major retailers I imagine, and online like Amazon, yes there will be a digital version and they are considering a digital download for those who ordered the physical edition (not confirmed yet). Edit: The collectors edition cannot pre-ordered yet, but we're told that more information will be made available at PAX East (March 9th I believe).
