Hand over emote for Wind up succubus etc

Se has given allot of minions allot of cool interactions. Some of the best being the minions that go on your shoulder or head,if your a Lalafell.

As far as i know minions that do this, will do so when either beckoned or you are AFK for a while. Baby Opo-Opo & Nutkin both have a Hand Over emote to make them get off your shoulder/head.

Why do other cool minions like Wind up succubus and Puff of Darkness not have the Hand Over emote to make them do the same.

I'm sure other people have noticed this and how bigger minions clip really bad when they do this along with looking silly when there glued to you while running around.

hand over makes things that can eat move. wind up things cant eat. use /slap if you want them off.

Slap does not work but thanks for explaining why hand-over works for Baby Opo-Opo and the Nutkin. The problem still remains, there is no emote to make minions like the wind up succubus get off your shoulder/head.

If you can't make them get off your shoulder/head. Then they should just have remove that interaction and have them float/fly near you, like the Wind up Moogle.

They are my fave minions because they sit on my shoulder. If I dont want a minion to sit on my shoulder, I use a different one.

God I wish more people had brains if you read the whole post its about making a second command/emote,adding code that makes the rest of the minions that interact in this way. Yes its nice that they sit on your shoulder,
no its not nice that they look stupid, clip, and do not get off even when moving to a new area, so I really do feel this is a stupid oversight or just lazy coding.

Why am I making an issue out of something small, i write programs myself so i know for a fact that the coding used for Hand Over on the Opo-Opo & Nutkin can be recycled/modified for the rest of the pets, who interact in this way.
We all pay for the game so asking for SE to not be lazy with coding when its easy to add code, in areas that its easy to resolve, if I had access to the coding I would fix it myself, isn't object orientated programming the best (OOP).

This is another case of we know its not working right we could improve it but we can't be bothered by SE.

Easy fix, Unsummon it and summon it again.

Except that this doesn't work as it's possible to summon them and they land directly on your shoulder.

Ye people who do that annoy many people trying to make valid constructive posts off, you dissect parts of a post where people are clearly venting frustration and focus in on only that part.
1st reply was constructive was yours ? If you look into this topic you will find i'm not even the 1st to bring this up. so your use another pet remark is the minority anyway.
If you leave enough small issues alone they become bigger. i doubt SE will do anything if they let bigger issues like win trading at the triple triad tournament go without stepping in.


No wonder i keep my posts to bug reports 99% of the time not having to worry about responses like yours is a bonus.

Ill let other people decide what they would prefer, your entitled to an opinion

Leave the pets that do this as they are

Or ask SE to add an existing or to make them stay and go on your shoulder, as well as when you go idle/AFK or sit down etc.

why is having the option to put the pet off the owners shoulder a bad idea? gez some times ppl ~~

i would love to see that implemented , because the wod minion flying is more cool that on the shoulder ! but once its on your shoulder it wont move from there and thats what this thread is all about , having an emote to shake it off
