So I am a Rank 20 Miner and would like to acquire Prospect III. The "spell" is 6,000 GM at the Miner's Guild. I have been doing the 20ish Guildleves at Camp Horizon for a few weeks now but seem to not be acquiring many Guild Marks (I've only a few hundred) even though I do both the Leves available at Camp Horizon each day I am online. What am I missing?
Best way is to complete the fieldcraft leves in Uldah. Usually one of the leves will give you guild marks which you can increase by turning in leves to grab that one. Other than that your option is to do the R20 miner guild mission for 2000, and level up to 30 and 36 to do the others. If you do the fieldcraft leves though you will have more than enough guild marks for everything very quickly.
There is no way to make it happen, except hope they appear in the uldah leves. When they do show up trade them with old leves to get more marks.
Oh I see, I wasn't aware that the reward being Guild Marks instead of Gil was a random event...that explains a lot. Thanks!!!
By the way, how do I get a signature like yours??
If you do mostly leves from 20 to 35, you should have enough marks to get all the mining abilities. That's what I did.
