LFM War for static @ t13 p3 progression

Static LF WAR we are up to first AM / Terraflare atm
We are looking to replace our WAR as he has to leave Static due to RL work commitment.
Raid schedule:
Raid days/week: 2 weekdays and 1 weekend.
Raiding time: 9:00pm to 11:00pm (GMT+8).
Majority of us are flexible so we use Google Doc to plan for raid days. We typically clear T10-12 on reset and are keeping to a minimum of 3 days. We may allocate more sessions (1-2 more days) to practice and push for progression.
