My Camera keeps on moving around

After the camera loads up in the game, it moves to the ground and just keeps spinning around over and over again. No matter what I do, I can't stop it. I've tried to disable my mousepad, change my controls up, unplug my USB's, Press both mouse buttons at one, press both shifts, etc. None of that worked at all. Is there some kind of fix to this? I'm wasting away at trial time because of this issue.

When u say u unpluge ur usb, was your keyboard and mouse part of that?

Yeah, Both my keyboard and mouse and wired.

Doulbe check your settings in game, make sure "Game Pad" is disabled.

It's disabled. I restarted my computer and the spinning stopped, but now my camera is staying on the ground. Any reason behind this?
