SE, can you please split the Riviera Dress into two pieces of clothing?

When I first saw this I assumed the skirt and the vest/shirt parts would be sold separately. I mean, the male version of the outfit was so why not this version? I wanted to dye the vest blue only to find out that its stuck in red, which sucks because I wanted this to be my alt's new outfit. Why take an outfit that could've been rich in possibilities and then dumb it down into this? Please SE, PLEASE make these two separate items!

I've been wanting the top alone for so long... Kind of felt tricked in a way when I found out it was only one piece. :C
