lost melds and on 14 pieces of crafting gear

When I logged in this morning a was about to craft with my CUL I got a message all materia not found only to find out the the melds and over melds on at least 14 pieces of crafting gear is gone. The gear sets were saved and these were all overmelded several weeks ago. My GSM and CRP each lost melds on 5 pieces of gear. This was fine last night as I was crafting a lot and gear was all overmelded. Now I can't craft the things I need because of it.

IS the patch the reason for this?

I am not going to but all that materia again and go through the whole over meld process.

the overmeld slots of my forager vest, gloves, boots and the rings are not showing up. some slots from the gsm clothes too. the stats seem fine though

I was not so lucky, lost the stats along with the melds. Hoping they can pull this from backup. I put in a ticket but have not even got a response like they got my ticket. Most companies get back to you in 24 hours with at least something. The whole support communication is lame.
