my chocobo is rank 16, still get exp from roots, so exp bar is not full.
but at the challenge log exp stands on 0 i only can gain gil.

Is it stabled when you took this screen shot? The bonus xp only shows when you have it in your posession, I am presuming they did that at the time because they didn't know how they wanted to handle racers yet.
