The jumping challenge in the Gold Saucer

EDIT: Apparently this is not the intention on the jumping thing, the mt Coral activates when the GATE event is active.

Honestly, I'd have enjoyed a real jumping challenge in the Gold Saucer, instead of a ridiculous random glitch abuse. Like platforms where you need to target your speed & jump accordingly or you'll fall off and have to start again. Easy to start, but really hard to complete and master. I'm glad that there's no prize in getting up there. I tried jumping up and down the glitch spot for about 25 minutes and then gave up :/

Does the GATE thing add an actual starting point to this? cause I'd actually like to get an official response on this is it actually intended that glitching is the only way to get up there.

I'm pretty sure its intentional and lol how did it take you 25 minutes. I got up almost right away just spamming jump at the edge.

you jump from center to right which gets you up quick.

No need to cancel the fun others have of jumping on top of that. The GATE event NPC automatically puts you on the lowest level, even after you fall off.

(Edit: This is assuming you're talking about the Cliffhanger area)
