So I was trying to make a Ninja I got the Rouge to 30 the puglist to 15 and did the lvl 20 sylph management quest but Jacke wont give me the pheasant by day Ninja by night quest. What am I missing.

Did you do the level 25 and 30 Rogue quests? The level 30 one should have been the "diffuse the bomb" quest.... (Sorry, not sure of the quest names themselves)
I think the lvl 30 one might be the one I am missing.
