Headgear Mirroring (Eyepatches!)

With a lot of the eyepatches, they're only available on one side - which isn't a problem if you're just doing it for fashion, I suppose! But in my case specifically (and yes, this has to do with roleplaying) I need the eyepatch on the left side, but many of the awesome eyepatches (I'm looking at you, Gryphonskin) are only available over the right way. Would there be a way to make headgear or other equipment mirrored? Or perhaps make opposite-sided versions of certain equipment for glamouring?
