My previous post was moved to Insufficient Information, but I cannot provide any more information than I did. When I try to transfer from Malboro to Siren, it will not let me because it states that I have a reservation with a Ceremony of Eternal Bonding. While that was true, I did have a reservation, I cancelled it. As did my friend. It was over 48 hours ago, and the issue still arises. I've deleted every item I have pertaining to the ceremony as did my friend. All the support I've contacted have sent me in different directions and have been of no help. I'm trying to transfer servers, which inevitably gives you money, and I can't seem to get an ounce of accurate help. This is all the information I can give.
