FC RANK ABILITY: Retainers Set in the FC Garden

Would you be able to add a FC ability to let other FC members use their retainers in the garden if you were the one to by the permit?

I don't want to be selfish and have my retainers out there when there are others that might like their retainers to sit outside too :).

I'm not sure exactly how hard it could be to program into the game but just an addition to the FC rank privileges would be nice to have. So you can set which ranks have the ability to put their retainer out in the yard using the same permit.
