Hello Community Team,
I have question about the Heavenward's Limited Edition items. I haven't upgrade my current account in ARR to LE to get the some items like Fat Chocobo, minions, etc. So I wonder if I buy the expansion LE when it release, will I still have the LE items from ARR? Or it will become vanity items?

The Collector's Edition items of ARR will most likely remain exclusive to that version, so even if you buy the Collector's Edition of Heavensward, you won't receive the ones from ARR.
I don't think you get both if you just buy the Heavensward CE. You would have to upgrade your standard to CE to get stuff like fat chocobo.
the 2.0 CE items will most likely stay with 2.0 ONLY
aka if you didn't buy the CE of the realm reborn (which you can upgrade online for a small fee) you wont get them if you bought the CE Heavens ward
