Trying to transfer a character but it's not allowing me to because of the eternal bond ceremony reservation I made. I have cancelled that reservation roughly 30~ hours ago and I still cannot transfer. Please assist. Trying to spend money on your game and it's not letting me... missing out on a lot of valuable play time with friends due to this, as I have this weekend off and I'm stuck not being able to xfer.
