Hi I've check and repaired all my gear and I still can't fish. Nothing seems to work. I'm working on getting the higher lvl gear. I still need 10 HQ SS. I logged out at morby dry docks crystal for a whole day and still cant fish plz help!!!

This is just a mechanic to break bot scrips so they can be more easily identified.
Solution:
Just fish... ANYWHERE else. It should immediately unlock your ability to fish at your old spot again.
Ex:
You are unable to fish at Oschon's Torch
hm, ok.
<runs down the hill to salt strands, casts line, puts fishing pole away, runs back up to Ochon's Torch>
You are able to fish at Oschon's Torch.
