T13 Farm static looking for DPS (NIN strongly preferred)

My static w/ t13 on farm needs to repl our longtime Ninja. We're not in a rush to find someone since he will be with us until we find a rep, so we're looking for an exceptional candidate.

T13 last phase experience required, with multiple kills strongly preferred.

We're primarily looking for a Ninja, but would consider a very high DPS DRG (or potentially another DPS, though we'd prefer not to double up).

Right now we raid one night a week, always at 10:30PM EST. Usually we go Tuesday, but we sometimes reschedule if someone can't go that day.

Obviously once 3.0 rolls around we'll be going a lot more often, though we'll be discussing our exact schedule when we get closer.
