Steps: I was looking to choose what Piece of Poetics gear I wanted and decided to go with Augmented Ironworks Bracelet of Fending. When I bought it, I did not recieve the item and it did not show that I obtained the item in the chat log. I did however use up the poetics.

You sure? I see "Augmented" you cannot obtain that with poetics... therefore you need to have carbontwine and go NorthShroud and chat a lil with Drake... plus even if you didnt get the augmented 1 you sure you didnt just get the wrong item? I managed to missclick for gear there a lot :/
