Ahem.
Pretty sure those are achievements carried over from 1.0. You'll notice that anything related to Rogue or Arcanist doesn't have a star like that, so that's my best guess.
Fenral is correct - the little stars and arrow icon means it's an achievement that any progress made in version 1.0 towards it would carry across into ARR if you're a former 1.0 player (this was me - when I first transferred my 1.0 character into ARR back during the beta I immediately unlocked several achievements due to my progress carrying across ;)).
As for the other icons, the medal means that achievement awards a quest title you can have displayed above your character's head under their name, and the treasure chest means that achievement awards a special item.
Yeah I got it for the others icon was just wondering what were the stars for
