As the title says, how do i unlock shiva extreme? i've finished the main scenario quest and i've unlocked both thornmarch extreme and leviathan extreme, i've completed both, but urianger quest is still unlocked. What's wrong with that?

You have to complete The Striking Tree (Extreme) aka Ramuh ex. The quest is entitled Judgement Bolts and Lightning and can be retrieved from the Twin Adder hq in New Gridania . NPC is Serpent Lieutenant Scarlet.
