Capturing mobs for mats!

Been wishing for something like this in a game. As much as I would LOVE to murder a hundred or so mobs to get a few mats, it'd be a lot easier if I could just capture the little beasties and just grab what I need.

we got farms, why not a "cattle ranch" ?

I need more Monster Hunter in my life too...

Farms? Like.. Mob Farms? Where you can grow mobs, slaughter them, then take the mats?

I can picture chasing buffalo around with a butterfly net every time I need some night milk.

You can do that in Arche Age on your own farm. Raise sheep shear them for wool or slaughter for meat etc. I have been wanting that for awhile myself. Thanks for suggesting this
