Hello all. I have had this game since launch, played a month then moved on since my PC was crap. Now I have a shiny new computer and I wanted to play with a bunch of my RL friends, but they are all on Gilgamesh.
My question is regarding the Character Creation Restrictions, I know the list on the site repopulates every few hours, but do they ever actually drop the restrictions? I have not in 4 days now, seen Gilgamesh open for me to make a new character on. I would really love to play with my friends but think I might be out the monthly subscription fee if I can't even make a character on their server.

Gilgamesh tends to be open for character creation in the early hours of the morning, around 3-5 AM EST or so. If that fails, trying right before or right after maintenance will usually work.
The other option is a World Transfer, but that does cost money. It will, however, allow you to bypass the restrictions.
Also, I'd recommend signing up for World Alerts so you get an e-mail whenever the restrictions are lifted! -
