Heavensward Pre-order / Middle East

I'm living in Dubai and was wondering if there's anyway I can pre-order Heavensward Collector's Edition when it's available..

Does it has to be a deliverable pack or it can be a downloadable content? :confused:

You can possibly buy digital version via Amazon or something. I'm sure Steam would need the digital version so i'm confident a digital version will be available.

yeah im in dubai too, havent come across it yet :(

what latency do you get from dubai? i might move there in few month...

Sadly, that's just normal edition =/

Collector's edition is limited to SE's own store for the EU version, whether it's physical or digital. So unless you have ARR in US or JP version, you'll have to get it from SE's own webshop. (And the physical version is sold out.) If you're on PS4 or Steam, it's... trickier.
