Can we please get a second dye option for items

It would be nice to get a secondary dye option for items. Kind of like the hair system has the highlight options. Some of the secondary colors on clothing items make the glamour potential limited or just plain ugly.

I agree. It's somewhat disappointing when the dye is applied to a different area of the piece than I would have liked.

Of course, they don't have to update all the equipment all at once (which would probably be the dev excuse of choice). They can introduce some new pieces with this option (probably making them needlessly expensive), and possibly updating other pieces in groups.

I would be alright even if the come out with just more copycat equipment with different dye options And offset colors.

The only thing that GW2 beats out on this game (in my opinion) is the dye system.

If they could have an offset dye option it would be fantastic! ie: You can dye the cloth and leather parts of an item a different color.

Though I wonder if that would bring extra trouble for loading times or something.

Rift has an awesome dye system, perfect tbh, plz copy it se.

They also have very vibrant dyes that color all textures equally...its wonderful.

SE could learn a bit from some of Rifts ideas.

Stay with me here, I feel it'd be sweet to have a dyeing system kind of like Vindictus. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2VAQaeiTQ8 they can put dyes on about 3 different places on some armor pieces. (I would def not like to make it where we have to pay for all new dyes like you have to in Vindi tho.)

I agree 100%.

Having the right two shades of white and blue was the main reason for me ranking in PVP to 38, for the swangrace coat.
Now I can wear my favorite color and still look like a white mage.
We need more dye-able items where a large section is different or also dye-able.
