Playing FFXIV in Tokyo's Internet Cafes?

I'll be travelling to Tokyo soon and wanted to check whether anyone who's around or recently been to Tokyo knows whether there are internet cafes that have the game pre-installed ?

I know the Eorzea Cafe has laptops available but time there is limited if I get to go.

personally I wouldn't want to use that kind of thing
what if it's been infected with spyware or someone's looking at the network traffic
with so many different people having access to the computers, that's way more risk
