Job class not appearing??

Hi I recently got my lancer to 30 and marauder to 15 and completed said missions for each class to become a dragoon. The problem is I don't have the mission to do so, it won't load. There is nothing above the lancer guild masters head indicating he has something left for me to do, I've completed everything got phlebotomize etc. But there is no sign of my job class appearing not even the usual red mark meaning he has something I am unable to attain right now. I've tried logging out etc. But nothin works it's still not showing up. Help would e greatly appreciated.

The guild receptionist will have it, it's not part of the Lancer guild, hence why it's not the dragoon guild
