Ninja's mudras aren't as "responsive"

So i noticed that with 90ms connection, the time which i required to cast each mudras are around 1s, whereas it should only be 0.6s mudras each, leaving enough window for a 3 mudras spell to execute before the gcds ends, so i think it needs improvements as to how mudras works

As ninjas always tries to "slip" a mudra combination between gcds, this has been a huge drawbacks in ninja's playstyle and mechanism
