120 WHM/SCH LF people to save me from Duty Finder

I've done everything in this game with Duty Finder and I just....I just can't anymore.

I've reached my limit with it, there's only so much t6,7 and 8 I can farm glams for using pugs without wanting to tear my hair out so t9 is out of the question.

I'm an epic quick learner, my ilevel will increase each week until I cannot increase it anymore, just want people I can play with that are on the same kind of level.

Please, save me from Duty Finder.

Only thing is, I'm an English chick so timezones are iffy but I'm flexible on weekends.
